Online Shop Instructions

Please follow these instructions when using the online shop to save any delay in receiving your order. Print this page to make it easier, we hope you don’t have any problems using the shop, but if you do please let us know and we will attempt to sort them out ASAP. Thanks for shopping with Ross High RFC.

There are 3 pages of kit, Playing, Training and Casual.

Always ADD TO CART before leaving to another page or you will loose your selected items.

The strips are shown with a number on, this is just to show how it looks it is not included in the price.

1. Select an item by clicking on the box next to it.

2. Select Senior or Junior (Junior up to size 38 chest and up to 28 waist)

3. Select Size (sizes are in inches on most items)

4. Click add to cart (very important to do before moving to another page!!)

5. Once you have selected the items you wish to buy click on Confirmation at the top of the page. This will take you to your order for you to confirm/ delete items that you have selected.

6. Once you have checked the sizes and quantities please click on Confirm at the bottom of your order.

7. This will then take you to the Submission page. Please fill in all your details within the boxes.

If you wish your name/ number on the back of your strip please fill in the details in the Additional Info Box. Or if you are ordering for someone else and don’t wish them to know please add that in this box as well.

Example:

Please put Chunky and Number 1 on the 50 inch Blue Howden’s strip, Hooker and number 2 on the 40 inch Red Bulmer’s strip. Thank you

Each name/ number costs an extra £1.50 each, this will be added manually and confirmed in a later email. The senior strips come in 2 types Tight Fit and Normal if you do not specify which type you would like we will supply the Normal one as standard.

We need a minimum order of 10 of the same Item before we can process the order. i.e. 5 senior blue Bulmer’s strips, 5 junior Bulmer’s strip, 10 baseball caps etc. There is a 6 week delivery time after we get the 10 items ordered. We require a 25% deposit when order is made and payment a week before delivery. Please double check sizes if possible before placing your order as we cannot change them once the order has been processed.
